Albuquerque Homebirth provides the following for you and your baby to ensure you have just what you need for "birth day" and the amazing days that follow:

15 Chux (23"x36" disposable , waterproof, paper-lined underpads)
2 disposable paper, plastic-backed mattress sheets, 48"x72"
12 OB sanitary pads, for the first few days of postpartum
1 pair of disposable "panties", for those first few days
1 peri-bottle, for postpartum care and comfort
1 2 oz. bottle of betadine, for postpartum care and comfort
1 3 oz. bulb syringe, for newborn care
1 1/4 oz. jar of "Lickety-Split Healing Balm", for sore nipples, diaper rash and anything else you might need to have healed, from the Purple Thistle Tea Co.
1 bottle of Arnica, homeopathic remedy for muscle and body soreness, 2-week supply
6 Tylenol, one-day supply
4 "bend-y" straws, to encourage and facilitate drinking fluids during labor
1 condom (yes, the day will come when...!)
3 pair non-sterile type gloves
3 packets of water-soluble lubricant (similar to KY jelly)
1 package of "Postpartum Delight Tea", for the drop in hormones after birth, from the Purple Thistle Tea Co.
1 tube of "Myoderm Cream" for muscle and body soreness, can be used before and after birth, really helps with that "bruised rib" feeling towards the end of pregnancy
